Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the self-rising flour and Greek yogurt. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a rope and form into a bagel shape, pinching the ends together.
  5. Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
