A crunchy and addictive snack made from cooked pasta, perfect for parties or a quick bite.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the cooked pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches.
  4. Air fry for 8-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the pasta chips are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • You can use any shape of pasta.
  • Experiment with different seasonings like paprika, chili powder, or Italian seasoning.
