  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle relish
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped white onion
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle slices
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create the special sauce.
  3. Add the special sauce to the cooked beef mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Assemble the salad by layering shredded lettuce, the beef mixture, chopped tomatoes, chopped white onion, pickle slices, and cheddar cheese pieces in a bowl or meal prep container.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for later.
