A simple, no-bake dessert featuring fresh strawberries filled with a creamy cheesecake mixture. Perfect for parties or a sweet treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • Optional: graham cracker crumbs, chocolate drizzle, or fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries. Cut off the green tops and carefully hollow out the center of each strawberry with a small spoon or melon baller, creating a cavity for the filling.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  3. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and beat until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the heavy cream and continue beating until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  5. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling into the hollowed-out strawberries.
  6. If desired, garnish with graham cracker crumbs, a drizzle of melted chocolate, or a fresh mint leaf.
  7. Chill the stuffed strawberries for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the filling to set.

Notes

  • Ensure strawberries are completely dry before filling to prevent the cheesecake mixture from becoming watery.
  • For a firmer filling, you can add an extra tablespoon of powdered sugar.
  • These can be made a few hours ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
