1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, 1 cup sugar, and cinnamon. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
Pour the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set.
Let the bars cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
Once cooled, cut into squares.
Notes
