  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, 1 cup sugar, and cinnamon. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set.
  7. Let the bars cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
  8. Once cooled, cut into squares.
