16 oz cottage cheese, full fat
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
If you do not have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Freeze for 4-6 hours, stirring vigorously every hour to break up ice crystals.
Serve immediately or store in the freezer.
Notes
For a thicker consistency, you can add a tablespoon of heavy cream.
Adjust sweetness to your preference.
Ensure your cottage cheese is well-drained if it contains a lot of liquid.
