A simple and delicious high-protein ice cream made with cottage cheese, chocolate, and peanut butter. A healthy dessert option.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz cottage cheese, full fat
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  4. If you do not have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container. Freeze for 4-6 hours, stirring vigorously every hour to break up ice crystals.
  5. Serve immediately or store in the freezer.
