  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the ranch seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken.
  4. Top the chicken with the softened cream cheese.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  6. Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks.
  7. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir in the crumbled bacon and shredded cheeses until melted and combined.
  8. Serve hot.
