1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
1 tablespoon pickle juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 cup chopped fried pickles (from a jar or homemade)
Salt to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
Stir in the chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Add 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese and the chopped fried pickles to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until well combined.
Season with salt to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a small oven-safe baking dish or skillet.
Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
Serve immediately with your favorite dippers.
Notes
For an extra crispy topping, you can broil the dip for the last 1-2 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning.
If you don’t have fried pickles, you can use chopped dill pickles in the dip and omit them from the topping.
This dip can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving.
Consider this a great alternative to traditional meal planning for game days.
