A simple, no-bake frozen yogurt bark loaded with fruit and granola. Perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with honey or maple syrup, if using.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle the berries, granola, and nuts/seeds over the yogurt.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  6. Break the bark into pieces and store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt or almond yogurt.
  • Control your portions by breaking the bark into small, bite-sized pieces.
  • This bark can be made ahead and stored for up to a month.
