- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Wooden or metal skewers
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
