Ingredients
Scale
24 slider rolls (Hawaiian sweet rolls)
12 slices deli ham
12 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon poppy seeds
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves of the rolls on a baking sheet.
Layer 12 slices of ham over the bottom halves of the rolls.
Place 12 slices of Swiss cheese on top of the ham.
Put the top halves of the rolls back on.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced onion, garlic powder, poppy seeds, and parsley.
Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the sliders.
Cover the baking sheet tightly with foil.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are lightly golden.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes if you prefer a crispier top.
Slice the sliders into individual portions and serve immediately.
Notes
You can assemble these sliders ahead of time and refrigerate them until ready to bake. Add a few extra minutes to the baking time if baking from cold.
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the butter mixture.
These sliders travel well, making them ideal for tailgating or potlucks.
Consider these sliders as a quick meal option, similar to what you might find with some meal delivery services.
