- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, crushed pineapple, diced ham, chopped onion, sweet pickle relish, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Add the drained macaroni to the bowl and mix well to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
