A creamy, cheesy baked dip with jalapenos and bacon, perfect for game days and parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 23 jalapenos, seeded and finely diced
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, diced jalapenos, crumbled bacon, green onions, and garlic powder.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to your preference.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly golden on top.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dippers like tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

  • For a milder dip, remove all seeds and membranes from the jalapenos.
  • You can add a pinch of cayenne pepper for extra heat.
  • If you don’t have bacon, you can omit it or use pre-cooked bacon bits.
  • This dip is best served warm.
