  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin spice syrup (or to taste)
  • For the Vanilla Sweet Cream:
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (or full-fat coconut milk for dairy-free)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla syrup
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Make the Pumpkin Spice Syrup: Combine water, sugar, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing on solids. Let cool completely.
  2. Make the Vanilla Sweet Cream: In a small bowl, whisk together heavy cream (or coconut milk), vanilla syrup, and powdered sugar until thickened.
  3. Assemble the drink: Fill a glass with ice. Add cold brew concentrate, milk, and pumpkin spice syrup. Stir to combine.
  4. Top with the vanilla sweet cream.
