Easy homemade popsicles blending sweet strawberries and tart lemonade, perfect for a refreshing summer treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh lemonade
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for extra tartness)

Instructions

  1. Puree strawberries in a blender until smooth.
  2. Strain the puree through a fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds, pressing with a spoon. Discard seeds.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the strawberry puree, lemonade, sugar, and optional lemon juice until the sugar is dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks.
  6. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
  7. To unmold, run the popsicle molds under warm water for a few seconds.

Notes

  • For a sweeter popsicle, add more sugar. For a tarter popsicle, add more lemon juice.
  • You can use frozen strawberries, but you may need to add a little more liquid to the blender.
  • If you don’t have popsicle molds, you can use small paper cups and cover the top with foil, inserting the sticks through the foil.
