Easy tortilla roll-ups with turkey, cheese, and cream cheese, perfect for kids’ lunches or party trays.

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 (10 inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 pound thinly sliced deli turkey
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the mayonnaise, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread about 1/4 cup of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border.
  3. Layer about 2 ounces of turkey over the cream cheese on each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of cheddar cheese over the turkey on each tortilla.
  5. Roll up each tortilla tightly.
  6. Slice each rolled tortilla into 1-inch pinwheels.

Notes

  • For a different flavor, try Swiss or provolone cheese.
  • Add a layer of spinach or lettuce for extra crunch and nutrients.
  • These can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
