- 2 pounds chicken wings, separated into drumettes and flats
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: Blue cheese dressing and celery sticks for serving
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the hot sauce, melted butter, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. This helps them get crispy.
- Place the chicken wings in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce mixture over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the coated wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until they are cooked through and the skin is crispy.
- Serve hot with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks, if desired.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, you can place them on a wire rack set inside the baking sheet.
- Adjust the amount of hot sauce to your spice preference.
- These wings are a great appetizer for any party or gathering.
