  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Pinch of salt (optional, taste ham first)

Instructions

  1. Place the finely chopped or ground ham into a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, celery, yellow mustard, Dijon mustard, onion powder, and black pepper to the bowl.
  3. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly until the mixture is well combined and creamy.
  4. Taste the ham salad and add a pinch of salt if needed, depending on the saltiness of your ham.
  5. Cover the bowl and chill the ham salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to blend.
