A fun and easy fall treat perfect for kids or parties. This recipe features sliced apples with caramel, chocolate, and peanut butter drizzles, plus your favorite toppings.

  • 2 large apples (like Honeycrisp or Fuji)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or salt water (for preventing browning)
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons melted peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • Optional: Date caramel sauce (1 cup pitted dates, 1/4 cup water, 1 tsp vanilla extract, pinch of salt – blend until smooth)

Instructions

  1. Wash and core the apples. Slice them thinly into wedges or rounds.
  2. Immediately toss the apple slices with lemon juice or dip them in salt water to prevent browning. Pat them dry.
  3. Arrange the apple slices on a platter or individual plates.
  4. Drizzle generously with caramel sauce, melted chocolate, and melted peanut butter.
  5. Sprinkle your chosen toppings over the drizzles.
  6. Serve immediately.

  • For a healthier option, use the date caramel sauce.
  • You can prepare the apple slices ahead of time by tossing them with lemon juice and storing them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
