1/4 cup Caesar dressing
1/4 cup chopped romaine lettuce

Instructions
Lay out the tortillas.
In a small bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, chopped romaine lettuce, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
If using, stir in the crushed croutons.
Divide the chicken mixture evenly between the two tortillas, placing it in the center.
Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then tightly roll from the bottom up to create a wrap.
