  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup M&M’s Holiday Mix candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing on low speed until just combined. Do not overmix the dough.
  6. Gently fold in the M&M’s, white chocolate chips, and festive sprinkles until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  7. Press the cookie bar dough evenly into the prepared 9×13 inch pan.
  8. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the center is set. For a chewier bar, slightly underbake.
  9. Let the bars cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before lifting them out using the parchment paper overhang.
  10. Once cool, slice the bars into squares.
