- 1 head green cabbage, shredded
- 2 medium carrots, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and carrots.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot mixture.
