1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 cup heavy cream
4 cups whole milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Combine the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, heavy cream, and whole milk in the basin of a 4-quart or larger slow cooker.
Whisk in the chocolate chips until they begin to melt.
Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth. Do not let it boil.
Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
Keep the hot chocolate on the ‘Keep Warm’ setting for serving. Stir occasionally.
