Make these simple, flourless peanut butter cookies with just three ingredients. They are naturally gluten-free and perfect for a quick snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  3. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
  4. Use a fork to press a crisscross pattern onto the top of each cookie.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  6. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • For chocolate chip peanut butter cookies, add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips to the dough.
  • To make these cookies with kids, let them help roll the dough into balls and press the fork pattern.
  • Ensure your peanut butter is creamy and at room temperature for easier mixing.
