A quick and simple fruit pizza using refrigerated sugar cookie dough, topped with cream cheese frosting and fresh fruit.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (16.5 ounce) package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press the sugar cookie dough into a 12-inch pizza pan or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges. Let the cookie cool completely.
  4. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the cooled sugar cookie crust.
  6. Arrange the mixed fresh fruit over the frosting.
  7. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For mini fruit pizzas, press cookie dough into mini muffin tins and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • You can add a sprinkle of edible glitter or a drizzle of honey before serving for extra flair.
  • Ensure your cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps in the frosting.
