2 cups self-rising flour
1 pint melted ice cream (any flavor)

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine the self-rising flour and the melted ice cream. Stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
