Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • ½ cup salted peanuts

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Set the sheet aside.
  2. Place the peanut butter and white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Melt the mixture in the microwave using 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Gently stir the mini pretzels and salted peanuts into the peanut butter-chocolate mixture until all pieces are coated.
  5. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Spread it evenly with a spatula, ensuring pretzels are visible on top.
  6. Refrigerate the bark for 2 to 3 hours, or until it is completely firm.
  7. Break the set bark into pieces of your desired size. Store the bark in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • For an extra layer of flavor, you can drizzle melted dark chocolate over the top before chilling.
  • If you prefer a different texture, use chunky peanut butter instead of creamy.
  • This homemade candy bark keeps well in the refrigerator for up to one week.
