  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop flesh into a medium bowl.
  2. Mash avocado with a fork until chunky.
  3. Add lime juice, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  4. Stir gently to combine.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. Serve immediately.
