Ingredients

  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup diced pimentos, drained
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, and mayonnaise.
  2. Add the diced pimentos, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  3. Mix all ingredients until well combined and creamy.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to your preference.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled with crackers, celery sticks, or as a sandwich spread.

  • For a smoother dip, you can use a food processor to combine the ingredients.
