  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Measure the Rice Chex cereal into a very large bowl. Set aside.
  2. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted. This usually takes 60 to 90 seconds total.
