Create your own Starbucks-style pumpkin spice latte at home with this easy recipe. Enjoy a cozy, spiced coffee drink perfect for fall.

  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup hot brewed coffee or espresso
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract in a small saucepan.
  2. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is hot and sugar is dissolved. Do not boil.
  3. Pour the hot milk mixture into a mug.
  4. Add the hot coffee or espresso to the mug.
  5. Stir well to combine.
  6. Top with whipped cream.
