A creamy and comforting tuna noodle casserole, perfect for a family dinner. This easy recipe uses simple ingredients for a satisfying meal.

  • 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup egg noodles, cooked
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup crushed potato chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk, cooked egg noodles, frozen peas, chopped onion, and chopped celery. Stir until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the crushed potato chips with the melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
  6. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, you can add a tablespoon of Dijon mustard to the tuna mixture.
