2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, beaten egg, chopped onion, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Carefully place the tuna patties in the hot skillet.
Fry for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and heated through.
Remove the patties from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
