A simple, refreshing 3-ingredient watermelon sorbet made in a blender. Perfect for a healthy frozen dessert on a hot day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups cubed seedless watermelon, frozen
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. Combine the frozen watermelon, lime juice, and honey in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, like soft-serve ice cream. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides a few times.
  3. Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency, or transfer to an airtight container and freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer scoopable sorbet.

Notes

  • For a boozy variation, add 1-2 ounces of vodka or white rum before blending.
  • If you don’t have a high-powered blender, let the frozen watermelon thaw slightly for 5-10 minutes before blending.
  • Adjust the sweetener to your preference based on the sweetness of your watermelon.
