Create a festive and impressive holiday cocktail with this creamy White Christmas Margarita. This recipe uses coconut milk for a snowy look and smooth texture, perfect for easy holiday entertaining.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 18 oz silver tequila
  • 6 oz orange liqueur (like Grand Marnier)
  • 9 oz fresh lime juice
  • 18 oz canned coconut milk (full fat for best results)
  • 6 oz coconut water
  • 1 cup ice (for blending)
  • Coarse salt or shredded coconut for rimming
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare your glasses by moistening the rims with a lime wedge and dipping them into coarse salt or shredded coconut. Set the glasses aside.
  2. Combine the silver tequila, orange liqueur, fresh lime juice, coconut milk, and coconut water in a large pitcher or blender.
  3. If making individual servings, blend each serving with 1 cup of ice until smooth. If making a pitcher, you can mix all ingredients and chill, then blend batches with ice just before serving for the best texture.
  4. Pour the margarita mixture into the prepared glasses.
  5. Garnish each glass with a lime wedge. Serve this refreshing holiday tequila immediately.

Notes

  • For a tropical Christmas drink variation, add 1/4 cup of cream of coconut to the mix for extra sweetness and thickness.
  • If you prefer a less creamy texture, substitute half of the coconut milk with plain water or club soda.
  • This recipe is easily scaled up for large holiday party cocktails.
