6. Feedback

You assign all rights, title and interest in any Feedback You provide the Company. You agree that the Company shall be free to use, disclose, reproduce, license or otherwise distribute and exploit any Feedback You provide, without any obligation, restriction, or compensation to You.

7. Purchases and Subscriptions

Placing Orders for Goods

By placing an Order for Goods through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: Goods availability, errors in the description or prices for Goods, or error in Your Order.

Subscriptions

The Service or some parts of the Service are available only with a paid Subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan you select. At the end of each period, Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless You cancel it or the Company cancels it. You may cancel Your Subscription renewal through Your Account settings page.

Fee Changes

The Company, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

8. Promotions

Any Promotions made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms. If You participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Recipe Disclaimer

The Company provides recipes and cooking advice for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for the outcome of any recipe you try from this Website. You may not achieve the same results due to variations in ingredients, cooking temperatures, equipment, typos, or your own cooking ability. You should always use your best judgment when cooking with raw ingredients and take appropriate safety precautions in the kitchen. The Company assumes no liability for any damage, loss, or injury related to your use of the information on this website.

“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. The Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon will meet Your requirements, be accurate, reliable, or current, be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its servers and emails are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven’t purchased anything through the Service.

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service.

13. Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

14. Severability and Waiver

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
